Terms & Conditions

1. RATES AND VALIDITY
All rates will be quoted USD or others currancies and valid immediately unless otherwise stated. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, which is over and beyond our control such as increase in transportation cost, admission fee, hotel rates, government tax, etc, BINTANG INDONESIA HOLIDAYS reserves the right to alter such applicable rates without prior notices.

2. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Enquiries and / or reservations for the services featured in this tariff are to be made at the below office :

3. HOTEL
All rates are quoted with standard service charge and government tax.
Check –in time at 1400 hrs and check – out time at 1200 hrs.
GIT Rates are available upon request.

4. PAYMENT
Payment for bookings should be made Cash Upon Arrival or transfer to our company bank account below :

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of any confirmed booking within 3 workings days of arrival date are subjected to a one-night cancellation fee. Any unutilized service in any of the mentioned packages will NOT be refundable.

6. PASSPORT AND VISA
Please ensure that your passengers are in possession of a valid passport and visa. We will accept no responsibility and are not liable for any form of compensation if any passenger is refused entry by immigration Authorities of Indonesia or of any country for whatever reasons. As every passenger is deemed to carry his own risk, please ensure that a comprehensive Holiday Travel Insurance adequately covers him or her. Visa On Arrival is available for some countries.

7. LIABILITY
BINTANG INDONESIA acts only as agent for transportation companies, hotels and other contractors and therefore does not accept any responsibility for :

1. Any act of omission or default accident or irregularities that may be caused to person
   and or property.
2. Any cancellation of journey, delays, failure to provide seats, berth and facilities for
   carrying or storing luggage and or failure to provide accommodation.
3. BINTANG INDONESIA reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage to
   change the itinerary with or without notice and at its sole discretion if found to be in the
   best interest of all concerned.

8. COVERAGE / ACCEPTANCE
All quotation by BINTANG INDONESIA are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated above regardless or whether they are included in the quotation or otherwise, BINTANG INDONESIA reserves the right to amend any of the conditions from time to time at its discretion.
